Filing a DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice

Our Response to DMCA Notices

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  3. Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)
  4. Take appropriate action, which may include account suspension for repeat infringers

Counter-Notice Procedure

Repeat Infringer Policy

Fresh Kitchen Recipes has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We reserve the right to:
