Mix onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Rub spice mixture all over pork shoulder.

Place pork in slow cooker.

Mix BBQ sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar. Pour over pork.

Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until pork shreds easily.

Remove pork and shred with two forks. Discard excess fat.

Return shredded pork to slow cooker and toss with sauce. Serve on buns.
