Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Pork

4 lbs Pork shoulder

2 cups BBQ sauce

0.25 cup Apple cider vinegar

0.25 cup Brown sugar
-
1 tbsp Onion powder
-
1 tbsp Garlic powder

1 tbsp Paprika
-
2 tsp Salt
-
1 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
- Mix onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Rub spice mixture all over pork shoulder.
- Place pork in slow cooker.
- Mix BBQ sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar. Pour over pork.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until pork shreds easily.
- Remove pork and shred with two forks. Discard excess fat.
- Return shredded pork to slow cooker and toss with sauce. Serve on buns.
