4 whole Overripe bananas, mashed

0.5 cup Melted butter

0.75 cup Sugar

1 whole Large egg, beaten

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1 tsp Baking soda

0.25 tsp Salt

1.5 cups All-purpose flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter with mashed bananas.
- Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
- Sprinkle baking soda and salt over mixture and stir to combine.
- Add flour and cinnamon, mixing just until incorporated. Don't overmix!
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto wire rack to cool completely.
