  • 4 whole Overripe bananas, mashed
  • 0.5 cup Melted butter
  • 0.75 cup Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted butter with mashed bananas.
  3. Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
  4. Sprinkle baking soda and salt over mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Add flour and cinnamon, mixing just until incorporated. Don't overmix!
  6. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto wire rack to cool completely.
