1 cup Unsalted butter, softened

0.75 cup Granulated sugar

0.75 cup Brown sugar, packed

2 whole Large eggs

2 cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Gradually stir in the flour mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in chocolate chips with a spatula or wooden spoon.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are golden brown but centers are still soft.
- Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
