Toss beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.

Add beef in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Add remaining oil, then stir-fry broccoli and peppers for 3-4 minutes.

Add ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Return beef to wok, add remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.

Toss everything together for 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
