  • 1 lb Flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce

  • 2 whole Bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Toss beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  3. Add beef in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add remaining oil, then stir-fry broccoli and peppers for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  6. Return beef to wok, add remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  7. Toss everything together for 2 minutes. Serve over rice.

Tips & Notes

Make sure your wok or pan is very hot before adding ingredients - this ensures proper searing and prevents steaming.
