Quick Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry

1 lb Flank steak, thinly sliced

3 tbsp Soy sauce

1 tbsp Cornstarch

2 whole Bell peppers, sliced

2 cups Broccoli florets

1 tbsp Ginger, minced

3 cloves Garlic, minced

2 tbsp Oyster sauce

3 tbsp Vegetable oil

1 tsp Sesame oil

Instructions
- Toss beef with 1 tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add beef in a single layer and sear for 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Add remaining oil, then stir-fry broccoli and peppers for 3-4 minutes.
- Add ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
- Return beef to wok, add remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
- Toss everything together for 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
