  • 2 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream

  • 12 whole Corn tortillas
  • 2 cups Shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Toss chicken pieces with the spice mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  6. While chicken cooks, make lime crema by whisking together sour cream and lime juice in a small bowl.
  7. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
  8. Assemble tacos: place chicken on tortillas, top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and cilantro.
  9. Drizzle with lime crema and serve with lime wedges on the side.

Tips & Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the spice mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
