Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small bowl, mix together chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and a pinch of salt.
- Toss chicken pieces with the spice mixture until evenly coated.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add seasoned chicken and cook for 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- While chicken cooks, make lime crema by whisking together sour cream and lime juice in a small bowl.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos: place chicken on tortillas, top with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with lime crema and serve with lime wedges on the side.
