Ingredients

2 tbsp duck fat
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 packet gelatin
4 sprigs thyme

Spread frosting evenly over the cooled cake.

Slice and plate with a garnish.

Layer components and refrigerate until ready to serve.
