Pan-Seared Salmon with Lemon Butter Sauce

4 6oz pieces Salmon fillets

4 tbsp Butter
-
2 tbsp Lemon juice
-
2 cloves Garlic, minced
-
2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped

2 tbsp Olive oil
-
1 to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 5 minutes without moving.
- Flip and cook for 3-4 minutes more until salmon flakes easily.
- Remove salmon and set aside. Lower heat to medium.
- Add butter and garlic to pan, cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in lemon juice and parsley. Pour sauce over salmon and serve.
