  • 2 lbs Chicken thighs
  • 0.33 cup Honey
  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, vinegar, ginger, and cornstarch.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear for 5 minutes per side.
  4. Pour honey garlic sauce over chicken.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
  6. Sauce should thicken and glaze the chicken beautifully.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over rice.
