1 loaf Baguette, sliced

4 large Ripe tomatoes, diced

0.25 cup Fresh basil, chopped

3 whole Garlic cloves

0.33 cup Extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar

1 to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven broiler. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet.
- Brush bread with olive oil and broil until golden, about 2 minutes per side.
- Rub toasted bread with a cut garlic clove while still warm.
- In a bowl, combine diced tomatoes, basil, remaining garlic (minced), olive oil, and balsamic.
- Season tomato mixture with salt and pepper.
- Spoon tomato mixture onto toasted bread just before serving.
