Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts

4 large Chicken breasts

10 oz Frozen spinach, thawed

0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled

4 oz Cream cheese, softened

2 cloves Garlic, minced
-
1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp Olive oil
-
1 to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Squeeze excess water from thawed spinach.
- Mix spinach, feta, cream cheese, garlic, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
- Cut a pocket into the thick side of each chicken breast.
- Stuff each pocket with spinach mixture and secure with toothpicks.
- Season outside of chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in oven-safe skillet. Sear chicken for 3 minutes per side.
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
